I have been living on Wildwood for a couple months now and I am very grateful for finding this place. Its extremely clean, i always see maintenance working hard. Office staff is always fast in solving any issues presented, in special would like to highlight Morgan, amazing professional besides still being a friendly person, with very pleasant conversations. Alyson, the manager is always very helpful and professional too. We got plenty of parking and i feel very safe here. I like the fact that the gates works and are always closed, since many other apartments complexes dont have it. Appreciate y'all, thanks for everything

The property is well maintained Staff is friendly and helpful. Repairs are made in a timely manner. I rarely hear my neighbors. I love my apartment. Wildwood was and is a good choice.

Let me start by saying the office staff was awesome Morgan Casey was very professional kind and help from day one when i walk in the office very inspirational talking about the property. The property is very very clean I was amaze !!!! at how Clean the Breeze Way was how much integrity the Management have for this property. Thank You for giving me a place to be glad to call Home and not shame to have visitor come.

The property stay clean, there isn’t much noise, the staff is great and responses to maintenance issues are on time so I’ve been here a few months and very pleased

I have been a resident of Wildwood at Stone Mountain just a short time of 2 yrs, however I have noticed an amazing change for the better. When I moved in March of 2019 we were under RAM mgmt. They had nice landscaping, but were not 100% honest about amenities and updated appliances that would be provided and included with our rented property. We were also run by a very blunt and incompassionate mgmt team who did not make the move very welcoming at all. Honestly, I was glad when Peak Living Mngmt took over. They are much more professional and efficient, they landscaping has even more curb appeal, and the office is just beautiful, ran by even more beautiful people. Niyani and Allison are always very professional and ready to assist. Which keeps tenants happy with their home choice. True testament, I thought I would lose my home, that after financial difficulty due to covid, my family and I would be forced out. I am aware of closed court system, however dealing with people, especially when you owe them money can be a troubling ordeal. I was already frustrated, depressed, anxious, and scared to communicate with them because I had recently lost my job, me and my husband. However, Morgan was the one to reach out to me, I answered, and when I tell you, his character, empathy, professionalism, and genuine concern did not discourage or scare me, but only made me comfortable in communicating and only encouraged me to not give up, to make a plan, because they were with me, not against me, it truly lifted my spirits, a truly one of a kind experience with a leasing office for me. I never ever wanted to leave, so I did fight, and 30 days after being unemployed, I have been offered a mngmt position with a respected company, my health has looked up for the better, thanks to no stress, and a church in the community has stepped in and cleared what we owed this leasing office. ??????Won't he do it..YES HE WILL...especially when you're surrounded by good natured positive en

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE APARTMENTS!!! When I 1st came to Georgia, I was looking for apartments that had carpet throughout the living room & bedroom, along with a washer & dryer (already included), & a gated community. This place DEFINITELY had all of the above!!! Plus, the Community Manager (Alison Marcus) & Assistant Manager (Niyanna Freeman) are PHENOMENAL, & so PROFESSIONAL!!! They've been so helpful & patient with me!!! I appreciate them so much!!! Even the maintenance guys are AMAZING, Terry (Terrick) & Xavier, who both stay on top things, going ABOVE & BEYOND!!! Thank you everyone for being so great!!! ??

For this property to be in the location that it is, my experience @ Wildwood has just been more than satisfying. Ms Alison, Ms Niyanna & all the other Staff has been above & beyond Awesome!! The property is well maintained & the community overall is great! I would like to give a big thanks to the Maintenance Man Sylvester for the great work & information he gave on the work he did in my unit. I'm totally satisfied with being @ Wildwood.
