I am in love with this complex. Great quiet living, great neighbors, great amenities, it is a definite go if you're looking ... for a new place to call home! They also have theee best team i have seen in a really long time. From the manager who is hands on and helpful, to Ms Yolanda who is down to earth and very helpful and patient (lol), to Ms Tamara who is also very very helpful, and to the maintenance team! They all have made me and my whole entire family feel nothing less than welcome and they have helped all of us no matter what it is and they all work together and make thee best team! I've paid close attention to detail, attitude, care, and concern and they bring it baby! And if there is anything you need, they will get right on it and they will ask if you don't speak up! i love it here and i just know i will be here for a long time. I have been a resident of Wildwood Apts. (Peak Living) since 2020 and very much enjoy living here. I especially like that ... it's a gated community. The office and maintenance staff are competent, friendly and always helpful. Their resident app makes it easy and convenient to send maintenance requests which are usually followed up quickly. I can also pay my rent on the app. The apartment complex is conveniently located near many businesses, food places, and my bank. Walmart is around the corner. It's about a five to ten minute drive to Stone Mountain. I also like being close to Tucker where I sometimes shop. I enjoyed sitting down with some of the staff during their recent "lease signing" party (9/18/24). Great pizza and soft drinks. How nice! Thank you, Peak Living. I truly believe that the success of an apartment experience has to do with the front line personnel and office staff. Wildwood ... is a blessing and much needed in a time were service has declined. The professionalism and promptness of Ms Yolanda and the rest of the staff is top notch. I’m always greeted respectfully and with a smile. Ms Yolanda is amazing shows initiative and very professional. She has always helped in all my requests. I am definitely enjoying my stay here at Wildwood Apartments in Stone Mountain. I have been living on Wildwood for a couple months now and I am very grateful for finding this place. Its extremely clean, ... i always see maintenance working hard. Office staff is always fast in solving any issues presented, in special would like to highlight Morgan, amazing professional besides still being a friendly person, with very pleasant conversations. Alyson, the manager is always very helpful and professional too. We got plenty of parking and i feel very safe here. I have been a resident of Wildwood at Stone Mountain just a short time of 2 yrs, however I have noticed an amazing change ... for the better. When I moved in March of 2019 we were under RAM mgmt. They had nice landscaping, but were not 100% honest about amenities and updated appliances that would be provided and included with our rented property. We were also run by a very blunt and incompassionate mgmt team who did not make the move very welcoming at all. Honestly, I was glad when Peak Living Mngmt took over. They are much more professional and efficient, they landscaping has even more curb appeal, and the office is just beautiful, ran by even more beautiful people. Niyani and Allison are always very professional and ready to assist. Which keeps tenants happy with their home choice. True testament, I thought I would lose my home, that after financial difficulty due to covid, my family and I would be forced out. I am aware of closed court system, however dealing with people, especially when you owe them money can be a troubling ordeal. I was already frustrated, depressed, anxious, and scared to communicate with them because I had recently lost my job, me and my husband. However, Morgan was the one to reach out to me, I answered, and when I tell you, his character, empathy, professionalism, and genuine concern did not discourage or scare me, but only made me comfortable in communicating and only encouraged me to not give up, to make a plan, because they were with me, not against me, it truly lifted my spirits, a truly one of a kind experience with a leasing office for me. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE APARTMENTS!!! When I 1st came to Georgia, I was looking for apartments that had carpet throughout ... the living room & bedroom, along with a washer & dryer (already included), & a gated community. This place DEFINITELY had all of the above!!! Plus, the Community Manager (Alison Marcus) & Assistant Manager (Niyanna Freeman) are PHENOMENAL, & so PROFESSIONAL!!!
